Privacy

For you

Your name, birthday and contact details help the club register you and manage the season. Club staff with permission can read these details. Your birthday, age and contact details are kept out of the public club page.

The public club page shows football display names and match records, such as goals, assists and appearances. You can hide your name from these records with the control below. Birthdays stay inside the club.

Your age range

Saved on this device. Your name stays off the public club page unless you choose to show it.

Public visibility

This choice controls your name on public football records. Private contact details and birthdays are never included.

Your data

Download the personal records linked to your sign-in, including registration, attendance and payments.

Registered through a shared link without a sign-in? Ask your club manager to find, export or remove that registration using the club’s usual contact channel.

Remove personal details

This removes your name, birthday, contact details, photo, signatures and account links. Football results and payment amounts remain under a former-player code. The removal audit keeps the requesting account identifier.

Inactive member accounts are checked daily and their personal details removed after one year without use. Club management accounts need a role handover first. Existing accounts have a one-year grace period from this release.
